This ingredient can be used in the following applications:
- Table or snack cheese
- Shredding and slicing for retail, catering and industrial packs (recommended to use within 12 months of manufacture for these applications)
- All purpose cheese for cooking, including pizza topping
- Processed Cheese applications
Product should be stored and transported at -2°C.
