Made with fresh New Zealand milk and cream

Cream cheese is made by fermenting our pasteurised whole milk with fresh cream, creating an unripened cheese with a smooth body and a mild, creamy flavour. We then hot pack it, for extended shelf life.

With its smooth, homogenous texture and mild acid flavour, cream cheese is popular for a wide range of food applications both savoury and sweet. You can use it for cheese cakes and fillings, confectionery, dips, spreads and more.
