SureStartTM Demineralised Whey Powder 90% (Demin90) from Fonterra Europe is a spray dried, soluble milk protein manufactured from cheese whey using precipitation, filtration and ion exchange processes.
Demin 90 has a low mineral content making it suitable for dry and wet blend infant formula powder.

Demineralised Whey Powders are hygroscopic and can absorb odours. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended that product is stored at temperatures below 25⁰C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment. Stocks should be used in rotation preferably within 24 months of manufacture.
