USA Manufactured | Whey Protein Isolate 892 is manufactured from sweet dairy whey using cold microfiltration and ultrafiltration membrane technology. The product is then gently spray dried into a fine, free-flowing powder. The process results in an undenatured whey protein that is highly soluble over a wide pH range and has a very clean, bland flavour.
