*Our Fonterra New Zealand cows spend on average 97% of their non-milking time outside on pasture and have a diet which is on average 96% grass, calculated on an ‘as consumed’ basis. Grass-fed means cows grazing on grass and crops in paddocks where they roam. Averages are measured over the previous three seasons data and subject to minor variation.
