Milk Protein Concentrate 4851

Milk Protein Concentrate 4851 has been gently filtered to create a low lactose milk protein that retains great milky flavour and functionality. It is a natural high calcium source with low sodium. A versatile ingredient it can be used in a wide range of applications and is especially suitable for low lactose, high protein (<10%) ready-to-drink and ready-to-mix beverages. Made with milk from New Zealand grass-fed cows.

  • A lower lactose version of our MPC 485, whilst retaining great flavour and functionality
  • Excellent heat stability
  • Good dispersibility providing both a milky taste and appearance to powered drinks
  • Contains both micellar casein and whey protein in the natural ratios found in milk
  • Origin: New Zealand
