Milk Protein Concentrate 4887 sets a new benchmark in heat stable MPCs. This unique milk protein offers enhanced hydration. It reduces viscosity at higher protein levels than typical MPCs. This makes it ideal for creating low calorie, high protein (<12.5%) beverages, without compromising on viscosity or stability over shelf life. It offers this stability without the use of stabilisers and calcium chelators, enabling simpler and cleaner ingredient labels.
