What are the minimum order quantities?
There are minimum order quantities depending on your purchase, for example:
Butter 600kg
Powders 100kg
AMF 210kg drum
AMF 1000kg spacekraft
myNZMP store opening hours
The myNZMP store is open 24 hours a day, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Maintenance takes place between 10:00pm NZT Tuesday and 6:30pm NZT Wednesday during Global Dairy Trade (GDT) Event weeks, and between 9:00am NZT Wednesday and 6:30pm NZT Wednesday during alternate weeks.
Normal operations continue outside these times.
How often is myNZMP pricing and inventory updated?
You can see refreshed pricing and supply every Wednesday at 6:30 pm.
How is forward price determined?
Pricing is based on GDT events, FX fluctuations, and market movements. Ingredient pricing is updated weekly to reflect any changes.
When is the best time to buy?
We recommend forecasting 6 months ahead and completing purchases at least 2–6 weeks before your requested delivery date.
Why is earliest delivery date 2 weeks from when I place my order?
Our standard lead time allows for payment processing and delivery organisation.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
Log into myNZMP and navigate to My Orders, then click on sales order number. Scroll down to the Order Management section and select (Expedite, Defer, Change of Destination). Follow the request prompts and your SOE will be informed of the request and will be in touch with you. You can view the My Orders request guide here.
Why can I only select delivery dates for certain months?
On myNZMP, delivery dates can be selected for the current and following month.
For orders beyond two months from the purchase date, your Sales Operations Executive will confirm and arrange delivery once they receive your requested delivery date and purchase order (PO).
Please enter your purchase order number
When you place your order, please remember to include your purchase order (PO) number, as we require this for delivery and to issue your invoice. If we do not receive the correct PO number at the time of purchase or soon afterwards, then there could be delays to your delivery.
Select the correct shipping destination
When you purchase on the myNZMP Store, you can select from a list of Ship-to destinations. It is important to select the correct shipping destination before you place your order, to ensure your product is shipped to your desired destination and is billed correctly.

Selecting the best browser and device
myNZMP is designed to run optimally with Google Chrome, using a PC. You can view product listings, pricing and add to cart using your mobile device. However, you will need to complete your purchase on a PC.
