Sodium Caseinate 167 has undergone hydrolysis during manufacturing that unlocks lower viscosity alongside all the inherent benefits of a sodium caseinate, such as fast digestion, excellent heat stability and emulsification. Manufactured in the USA from imported New Zealand casein.
