Have you ever wondered why our butter has a delicious looking golden colour? Well, the secret is in the grass and pasture we fed our cows. 
 

New Zealand’s temperate climate means our organic cows are outdoors in the fresh air and sunlight, grazing on pasture. 
 

Butter made with cream from pasture-fed cows has more beta-carotene, which is where our organic butter gets its golden colour. It’s the grass-fed difference you can see.
