Creamy full-fat flavour
WMP for REM delivers a rich, creamy taste and texture, with no extra fat required.
It is highly heat-stable in concentrated milk - vital as diary ingredients in a concentrated milk formulation or solution can coagulate at very high temperatures.
We test every batch to ensure REM suitability. Consistent heat stability minimises the need for stabilisers and continual adjustments to process equipment.
This ingredient has the following features:

This ingredient can be used in the following applications:
- Evaporated milk
Wholemilk Powder is hygroscopic and can absorb odours. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended that the product is stored at temperatures below 25°C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment. Stocks should be used in rotation preferably within 24 months of manufacture.
