NZMP Instant Skim Milk Powder can be used in the following applications:
- Instant Skim Milk powder is typically for consumer applications
- Is an excellent non-fat milk source for any situation where a regular non-fat liquid milk or refrigeration is not available
- Excellent for health-conscious adults
- May be used in beverages such as tea and coffee as a whitener
- Not for use in infant formula for infants less than 12 months
Skim Milk Powder is hygroscopic and can absorb odours. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended that product is stored at temperatures below 25°C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment. Stocks should be used in rotation preferably within 24 months of manufacture.
