Characteristics

It is a highly soluble powder which easily dissolves in water, tea or coffee. It has a great flavour, as well as a uniform and consistent composition.

The goodness of New Zealand shines through in the taste. Grass-fed cows produce milk with higher levels of omega-3 and CLA fats, more vitamin E and more beta-carotene - giving a full, creamy dairy flavour.

Instant milk powder contains all the constituents of fresh milk.

Designed with repack manufacturers in mind

Key applications include: direct repack into consumer formats, a base powder for dry blending into fortified consumer powders, and use as a beverage whitener/creamer. Instant milk powder dissolves rapidly with minimal stirring and also provides good performance in cold water mixing. It’s designed specifically to give good functionality performance for direct consumer use. 

 

The ingredient is an ideal milk source for any situation where a regular liquid milk supply or refrigeration is not available.
