NZMP™ MPC 4882 is a world-leading, functional milk protein concentrate specifically developed to increase texture and functional protein in yoghurts. It is an excellent, sustainable alternative to straining, delivering high yield and eliminating acid whey streams. It contains both micellar casein and native whey in the natural ratios found in milk. NZMP™ MPC 4882 builds a stronger gel network compared to standard MPCs for products like Greek style yoghurt, petit suisse, and quark.
