A heat stable protein for beverages

NZMP™ organic MPC is a heat stable, soluble milk protein, easily processed for beverage manufacturing. It contains both micellar casein and native whey in the natural ratios found in milk and supports claims of high protein for satiety and overall health.

 

NZMP™ organic MPC is easily recombined at 40 to 55°C and supports shelf-stable RTDs maintaining low viscosity at up to 10% protein. For enriched milks sub applications, it delivers up to 8% protein, clean label, enriched milks with a delicious, clean flavour. 

Yoghurts & Cultured

Efficiently boost the protein levels of your cultured products

NZMP™ organic MPC is an ideal ingredient for yoghurts and cultured products to increase protein content, whilst delivering a creamy consistency. With excellent dispersibility and heat stability, it contains both micellar casein and native whey in the natural ratios found in milk. This efficient alternative can increase the protein content of up to 6% in spoonable yoghurt.  

Bakery & Snacks

Deliver soft texture to protein fortified baked goods

NZMP™ organic MPC is a heat stable, milk protein concentrate that maintains viscosity of batter during the baking process and helps deliver a soft texture to protein-fortified baked goods such as cookies, bars, pancakes, and muffins. It contains both micellar casein and native whey in the natural ratios found in milk. With a high calcium content, slow amino acid release, and clean, milky flavour, NZMP™ organic MP contains 85% protein, 1.4% fat and 4% carbohydrates.
