Today we offer a wide choice of standard and functional milk protein concentrates designed to deliver enhanced performance in a range of applications.  Our MPC solutions provide access to the benefits of affordable milk protein nutrition.  MPC can also be used as a replacer for Whole Milk Powder (WMP), Skim Milk Powder (SMP) and other milk powders on an equivalent protein basis.

Milk Protein Concentrates are hygroscopic and can absorb odours. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended that product is stored at temperatures below 25°C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment. Stocks should be used in rotation preferably within 24 months of manufacture.
