SureProtein™ Whey Protein Hydrolysate 817 is retort stable with good emulsification properties. This mildly hydrosolysed whey protein is ideal for gel applications, delivering low flavour profile and increased amino acid absorption.

Hydrolysed whey protein is hydroscopic. Keep separated from odoriferous and volatile materials to prevent the absorption of flavour and odour taints. Ensure adequate protection by storing at temperatures below 25°C and relative humidities below 65% to extend the shelf life. Packages should not be in direct contact with walls or floors.
Stock should be used preferably within 24 months of manufacture.
