Fat Filled Milk Powder for Yoghurt
NZMP Fat Filled Milk Powder for Yoghurt has been specifically designed to provide a superior yield in artisanal yoghurt, with a firm glossy texture and creamy taste.
While standard Fat Filled Milk Powders typically provide a maximum yield of 5-6 litres of yoghurt from 1kg of powder, our Fat Filled Milk Powder for Yoghurt will make 8 litres of yoghurt from 1kg of powder, with the firmness and appearance expected by consumers.
