This ingredient has the following features:

- Firm consistent texture
- Uniform creamy yellow colour
This ingredient can be used in the following applications:
- Ideal for use as a table or snack cheese, shredded as a topping, melted in cooking and baking
- For cutting into smaller retail units
For best functional performance, cheese should be used within 20 months from its date of manufacture, provided it is stored at the recommended temperature of 4°C.
