Calcium Caseinate 385
Calcium Caseinate 385 is made by reacting acid casein made from fresh milk with calcium hydroxide. Application of monoglycerides offers enhanced dispersion compared to Calcium Caseinate 380. It is a slow digesting protein with neutral flavour suitable for a range of applications, especially powder mixes where it imparts thickness to powdered shake products dispersed by blender or shaker.
