Whey Protein Concentrate 397 is a Grade A, spray dried, soluble protein manufactured from fresh decolorised cheese whey using an ultra-filtration process. It is suitable for texture modification in protein fortified applications. Whey protein is a fast-digesting protein that delivers high levels of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) quickly, making it well suited for muscle health and recovery during activity.
