Whey Protein Hydrolysate 821 is a high quality, moderately hydrolysed (22%) specialty protein designed for medical nutrition and high protein beverages. It is produced by controlled enzyme treatment of whey protein to deliver readily available and easily absorbed amino acids, peptides and polypeptides. As it is our most hydrolysed WPH it has a more bitter flavour profile.
