Whey Protein Concentrate 550 (WPC 550) is a specialised whey protein designed for high protein fortification with excellent heat stability and viscosity control. WPC 550 is a microparticulated whey protein that pushes the boundaries of whey protein by performing well in a range of high protein applications with exceptional stability. It is a spray dried milk protein manufactured from fresh cheese whey using an ultra-filtration process.

Boosts essential and branched-chain  amino acids (BCAA), supporting muscle building, recovery and health. Our patented process allows for superior stability and viscosity in a RTD beverage.

 

High whey protein beverages

NZMP WPC 550 is a superior whey protein, unlike regular whey, this does not gel at high concentrations (<10%) and temperatures, setting the benchmark for whey texture and stability. It can also be formulated with other ingredients to achieve even higher protein levels, and it enables 100% whey RTD beverages.
