SureStart™ GOS 57 Syrup
NZMP SureStart™ GOS 57 Syrup is 100% milk-derived and is made from lactose using an enzymatic reaction where 57% of the dry solids is GOS.
This product is manufactured in Europe with specifications tailored for wet blend processing of maternal and paediatric products.
SureStart™ GOS 70 Syrup
NZMP SureStart™ GOS 70 Syrup is 100% milk derived and is made from lactose using an enzymatic reaction where 70% of the dry solids is GOS. This product has a reduced level of the mono-saccharides glucose and galactose, allowing for easier drying.
This product is manufactured in Europe with specifications tailored for wet blend processing of maternal and paediatric products.
SureStart™ Organic GOS 57 Syrup
NZMP SureStart™ Organic GOS 57 Syrup is 100% milk-derived and is made from organic lactose using an enzymatic reaction where 57% of the dry solids is GOS. This organic option can be added to formulations certified to European and Chinese organic standards.
This product is manufactured in Europe with specifications tailored for wet blend processing of maternal and paediatric products.
SureStart™ GOS 70 Powder
NZMP SureStart™ GOS 70 Powder is a powder version of the GOS 70 syrup. Dried in a state of the art facility, this product is suitable for all infant formula manufacture requiring dry blending.
This product is manufactured in Europe with specifications for wet and dry blend processing of paediatric products.
This ingredient can be used in the following applications:
- Infant and Maternal formulations
- Nutritional powders and beverages
Galacto-oligosaccharides are hygroscopic and can absorb odours. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended that product is stored at temperatures below 25⁰C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment. Stocks should be used in rotation preferably within 18 months of manufacture.
