Sodium Caseinate 180 is a soluble, heat-stable milk protein offers excellent emulsifying and whipping properties, ideal for a wide range of applications. It is made by solubilising acid casein, made from fresh skim milk, with food grade sodium hydroxide. Benefits include: a neutral flavour, heat stability, excellent emulsifying properties and fast digestion making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
