Mineral Acid Casein 741
Mineral Acid Casein 741 is a versatile granular milk protein produced using mineral acid precipitation. Ideal when dissolved in alkali, for a wide range of applications where heat stability, emulsification or protein nutrition are required. It is highly functional and nutritional in many food applications and is produced by controlled acidification of pasteurised skim milk, resulting in precipitation of casein curd.
