Rennet Casein 771
Rennet Casein 771 delivers body and functionality to processed cheese and reduced dust production during handling. It is produced by precipitation of casein from pasteurised skim milk. The curd is washed, dried, and ground to a 30 mesh particle size. Made with milk from New Zealand grass-fed cows.
