Creamy flavour - MPC 4424 adds a delicious creaminess to yoghurts with minimal protein flavours.
Enriches protein and fat - MPC 4424 increases protein content making it ideal for protein-enriched yoghurts up to 6%. It also provides a source of creamy dairy fat.
Easily processed - MPC 4424 is easily incorporated in a recombined system in both cold and hot conditions (20°C-60°C).
Milk Protein Concentrates are hygroscopic and can absorb odours. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended that product is stored at temperatures below 25°C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment. Stocks should be used in rotation preferably within 24 months of manufacture.
