Sodium Caseinate 166 has undergone hydrolysis during manufacturing that unlocks the lowest viscosity of our sodium caseinate portfolio, alongside all the inherent benefits of a sodium caseinate, such as fast digestion, excellent heat stability and emulsification. Manufactured in the USA from imported New Zealand casein.

  • Our lowest viscosity sodium caseinate (~75% less viscous than standard Na Caseinate 180)
  • Good emulsifying properties

  • Very low lactose <0.2%
  • Good heat stability
