Milk Protein Concentrate 470 is an excellent source of milk solids concentrated to 70% protein level. It is an effective ingredient to increase protein content up to 6% in cultured and beverage applications. It is a spray dried milk protein concentrate manufactured by ultrafiltration of fresh skim milk. It is an ideal ingredient to increase protein content for improved taste, texture and nutritional value in many applications.
