Medium Viscosity

Delivering an appealing firmness, MPC 4861 is ideal for yoghurts that need a medium-thick texture. 

Clean Flavour 

MPC 4861 provides a clean flavour and thick, creamy texture. It delivers the same protein content as a standard MPC with a thicker texture. 

 Enriches Protein

MPC 4861 can be used to enrich your yoghurt protein content, and is particularly well suited to final protein contents up to 6%.

Enable Greek-style yoghurt - By using MPC 4861 in a standard yoghurt manufacturing process, you can create the rich taste and texture that typifies Greek yoghurt. 

Excellent solubility - Dissolves easily in cold liquid, making it ideal for processing when recombining is carried out under chilled or ambient conditions. 

All-natural for a cleaner label  - Provides naturally thick textures, so you don't need starch and stabilisers - ideal for natural, clean-label positioning.

This ingredient offers the same characteristics as MPC 4861 with 70% protein.

Milk Protein Concentrates are hygroscopic and can absorb odours. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended that product is stored at temperatures below 25°C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment. Stocks should be used in rotation preferably within 24 months of manufacture.
