This ingredient has the following features:
- 18% fat and 1% salt
- Excellent baking performance with a long and firm stretch
- Full coverage as it melts consistently
- Easily blended with other cheeses
- Good for shredding or sliced retail, industrial or catering packs
- Available in Frozen Format
- Halal, Mui Halal, Vegetarian
This ingredient can be used in the following applications:
- Pizza and other cooked cheese applications
- Processed cheese applications
- Good shredding cheese for use in retail, catering and industrial packs
- Ingredient in pasta sauces and dishes
Frozen product should be stored and transported at -10°C or below.
Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store at between -2°C and 2°C and use within 14 days of thawing.
