- Ready to use with minimal wastage for manufacturing effectiveness as it shreds easily with good yields and little mess
- Easily blended with other NZMP cheeses for flavour variety
- Halal, Vegetarian, Mui Halal
This ingredient can be used in the following applications:
- Pizza and baked goods
- Shreddded or slice retail industrial or catering packs
- Pasta, rice, sandwiches and other dishers e.g. Asian and Mexican
- Easily blended with other cheeses - for example NZMP Noble, NZMP Taupo and NZMP Egmont for flavour variety

Correct handling of NZMP Mozzarella will lead to good melt, good browning and good blister size, distribution and stretch.

Frozen product should be stored and transported at -10°C or below.
Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store at between -2°C and 2°C and use within 14 days of thawing.
